4.3 Compliance
Every country has specific regulations on asbestos, or at least general regulations on the management of hazardous substances. All companies must have copies of these government regulations on file and ensure that their plant operates in strict compliance with them. It is also recommended that that every company submit to their government authorities, an anual audit report demonstrating their compliance with national regulations.
